Fortis, which has been producing equestrian simulators since 2003, has won a gold medal in the 2006 World Inventories Invention and got patents in 22 countries. The biggest strength of the Fortis simulator is that it has 100 horse motions by closely analyzing the real horse musculoskeletal system. So, it can give users customized rehabilitation exercise. According to medical research papers, Fortis simulator can give users rehabilitation effects, including posture correction, scoliosis and stroke patient’s rehab.
As a result, the simulators are used in rehabilitation centers such as Yonsei University, Korea University, Kyungpook National University Hospital, SRC Rehabilitation Hospital, and the Korea Racing Healing Center. Recently, horse riding simulators for rehabilitation exercise have been exported to Russia steadily.
